We’ve recently learned that Potato Head’s former Global Executive Chef – and our very special Ubud Writers & Readers Festival guest, Chef Wayan Kresna Yasa has been invited to cater for global leaders attending this year’s G20 Bali Summit. Chef Wayan is known equally for the deftness of his culinary skills and his commitment to sustainability, so it’s really no surprise that he will be catering to a major political event that has sustainability and recovery at its heart.
We’re honoured that Chef Wayan is taking time from his schedule to join us here in Perth for UWRF Perth to prepare and share a selection of dishes showcasing the cuisine of Bali.
